It’s time to clash in the Memory Express Arena at Ai-Kon 2017!

Are you the greatest Street Fighter? Find out in our Street Fighter V tournament from 6 to 10 PM on Friday, July 21! It will be a Double Elimination 1-on-1, Best-of-3 Tournament, transitioning to a Best-of-5 for the Semifinals, Winner’s Bracket Finals, Loser’s Bracket Finals, and Grand Finals. All DLC will be available. Street Fighter V is sponsored by Xtreme Tactics, Vertical Adventures and BMO!

Get your DIVA on in our Hatsune Miku: Project Diva Future Tone tournament on Saturday, July 22 from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM! It will function on a Three Tries system: you can pick up to three songs at any difficulty and the highest scores by the end of the tournament wins! The Project Diva tournament is sponsored by PNP Games!

Become the greatest fighter in the Xenoverse! Battle in our Dragonball Xenoverse 2 tournament from 1 to 5 PM on Saturday, July 22 in 1-on-1, Best-of-3 Battles with a 5 minute time limit. Custom characters will not be allowed. All DLC characters and stages will be available. Prove that you’re the best in this tournament sponsored by Payworks!

And last but certainly not least, fight in the ultimate struggle in our Super Smash Bros. for Wii U tournament on Sunday, July 23 from 11 AM to 3 PM! Battle in 3-Stock, 8 player matches and be one of the last two standing to advance to the next round until only 4 players remain, but only one will reign supreme! Custom control set-up will be available prior to the tournament. We plan to have GameCube controllers available for participants to use with other controllers available upon request. Personal controllers are allowed as well! The Super Smash Bros. for Wii U tournament is sponsored by the great folks at Sky Zone Winnipeg!

Our partners and sponsors are very generous; winners will be walking away with gaming monitors, head sets, board games, figures, gift certificates and so much more!

Not into any of these games? Chip Damage – Winnipeg’s Fighting Game Community will be in the Gamer’s Lounge all weekend hosting tournaments for a variety of different fighting games AND they’ll be commentating for the Street Fighter V and Dragonball Xenoverse 2 tournaments!

You can find out more about the tournaments, and everything else gaming related here!
