Just down the street from the Winnipeg Convention Centre, the Best Western Charterhouse has all of the perks you'd expect at a high-rated hotel. Fitness room, in-room microwave and fridge, free local calls, and a free shuttle from the airport, bus and train stations if you're coming in from out of town. Although the Best Western Charterhouse web site states they have computers in all the rooms, this has been discontinued. However, there is wireless throughout the hotel and registered hotel guests may use the computer in the business centre, all complimentary.
The Best Western is home to the famous Rib Room restaurant, and you'd better believe that they know their ribs. Ribs, prime rib, steak, they've got it all! Their 200 seat bar and gaming room with full food menu makes this a great get-together spot.

While not connected by skyway, the Carlton Inn is still conveniently located just across the road from the Winnipeg Convention Centre, and is an attractive option for the cost-conscious con-goer. Take advantage of the outdoor pool, or have a taste of the fine Mediterranean cuisine selections available in the attached Paragon Restaurant and Bar.

Delta Winnipeg
Possibly the most convenient lodging for Ai-Kon, the Delta Winnipeg is right across the street from the Winnipeg Convention Centre. Sweltering heat or torrential downpours won't be a problem, thanks to the skyway directly connecting the two buildings. No need to go outside if you don't have to!
A very comfortable place to stay, the Delta Winnipeg has many amenities to help rest your feet when you retire from the convention for the day. Relax in the hotel whirlpool and sauna, or take advantage of the complimentary access to the pool and gym that you get as a guest. It comes with the room, so feel free to spoil yourself!
