Fan-run panels, games and other such events are welcomed at Ai-Kon, pending approval from the convention's planning committee.

18+ Panel?  

Q. What is an 18+ Panel?
A. An 18+ panel contains adult content which may be described as being graphic in profanity, sexuality or violence. Any panel where the majority of the panel is about a series or movie that has a rating of "R," "Mature," or "18+" would be considered an 18+ panel. Yaoi, Yuri, or Hentai topics involve material of an 18+ nature.
These panels are to be used primarily for discussions and not to be used for any screenings. Although all applications will be considered. Potential panels will need to be connected to Japanese culture in some way. Anyone under the age of 18 can not host or attend an 18+ panel. Photo identification checks will be made. All 18+ Panels will be scheduled after 10:00pm

All applications are subject to approval by Ai-Kon executives.
Please do not begin formally organizing an event until you have received approval.
