The Registration room is always open during Ai-Kon weekend, from Friday at 12:00 PM to Sunday at 6:00 PM.

Gamers’ Lounge

Friday: 12:00 pm – 2:00 am

Cosplay, Prop Check, and Repair Booths

This year the Cosplay, Prop Check, and Repair Booth can be found on the second floor Concourse during Marketplace hours.

Friday: 12:00 pm – 8:00 pm
Saturday: Cosplay Contest Registration: 10:00 am – 12:00 pm, Repair Booth: 10:00 am -2:00 pm, Prop Check: 10:00 am – 7:00 pm
Sunday: Repair Booth and Prop Check 11:00 am – 2:00 pm
