Looking to promote your club, convention, organization, high school/university group, hobby community, dance troupe, non-for-profit cause, or other social group?

Look no further! Ai-Kon can provide a promotional table at our convention to help you get connected with our attendees! Ai-Kon loves to help out our fellow anime, gaming, and Japanese/Asian culture influenced organizations. All those that share our goal of promoting Japanese and/or geek culture are welcome.

Please review the Outreach Guidelines and Policies for further information before applying as an Outreach table. The application form will be linked at the end of this page.

Applications for outreach tables are currently closed. We will begin accepting applications starting April 1st, 2026 at 10:00 am CST.

Outreach tables are strictly for promotional purposes. If your group is seeking to sell merchandise of any kind, we encourage you to check out our vendor or artist opportunities.
