New to Ai-Kon 2026, Ai-Kon is officially releasing a set of mystery enamel pins for attendees to collect throughout the convention weekend!

Where to obtain Pins

You can purchase one (1) starter pack from the Ai-Kon Merchandise Booth in the Marketplace.

2026 Starter Pack Contents

• 1 x 2026 Rainbow Trading Lanyard
• 2 x Hard enamel official Ai-Kon Pin Trading pins (to be revealed)
• 1 x Riddle to obtain an additional hard enamel official Ai-Kon Pin Trading pin

Not ready to commit to a whole starter pack? One design will be available à la carte too.

Throughout the convention, a limited number of rare “Find Me!” pins will be available each day from Ai-Kon President Cam and Ai-Kon Treasurer Kristina. Keep an eye out for them and social media posts throughout the convention to get this exclusive pin!

If you find them while they’re wearing their Rainbow Trading Lanyard, you may politely ask if they have any of the “Find Me!” pins available. If they are not wearing their Rainbow Trading Lanyard, please let them work (running a convention is busy work!)

The 2026 Find Me! Pin is only available through finding Ai-Kon Staff with the pin or by trading with other attendees.

What can I trade?

Official Ai-Kon Pins should only be traded for other official Ai-Kon Pins.

Official Ai-Kon Pin Trading Pins

On the back of your pin will be

• The Ai-Kon logo either laser engraved or stamped
• The year it was created

Pins being traded should be in good condition and free from damage such as broken pin needle, bent pins, or scratched beyond good condition.

Unauthorized sales of pins are forbidden. The only authorized seller is the Ai-Kon Merchandise Booth.

Who can I trade with?

Any attendees or Ai-Kon Staff wearing a Rainbow Trade Lanyard may be interested in trading.

If you see fellow attendees or staff wearing the Rainbow Trade Lanyard with a pin you’re interested in, politely ask them if they’d be interested in trading your pin for theirs.

Trades are not guaranteed, and anyone may decide to not trade at their discretion. Please mind your manners when trading! Do not pester or harass a staff member or attendee who has refused an offer to trade.

Play Fair

Ai-Kon kindly asks that attendees do not keep more than 2 copies of the same pin design. 

If you’ve already answered a riddle, located the Find Me pin, or obtained two pins of the same variety in alternate methods, we ask that you do not continue collecting that type so other attendees are able to complete their own collections. 

As these are limited, we want to ensure fair collecting for all attendees.
